Time for a PR reality check?

Managing client expectations is one of the fine arts of public relations consulting.  People get excited about what they do and want to tell the world. But sometimes, through no fault of your own, the column inches just don’t materialise. 

A recent client project inspired me to write a column for the Isle of Man Today.  Our client was feeling frustrated about his competitor’s ink.  I gave him a reality check.
