September 15th: this week’s top 5
What a week! The 9/11’s anniversary, another school shooting in Montreal and for me, back-to-back meetings almost every day. But still, I wanted to share some positive and entertaining posts from this week. Happy reading…
1. Web Worker Daily has a lively discussion about how virtual workers manage their time. It’s interesting to see the different approaches.
2. The Bad Pitch Blog always makes me laugh. Earlier this week they posted a nasty email they received from a PR they had outed as a spammer. The pic is hilarious. I think they should send a link to all of said PR’s clients. Hee Hee (evil laugh). 1.jpg)
3. Over at Business Blog Summit, Tris Hussey discusses why you should consider using a professional blogger for your business. A couple of Strive’s clients have been asking about this lately.
4. Strumpette’s enigmatic post “The End”. That’s all it says. Is this an idle threat?
5. Josh Hallett explains why public speakers shouldn’t bother trying to avoid the media. Avoiding pre-event interviews or asking reporters not to be invited to presentations is just pointless. Citizen journalists are everywhere.
Strivers out in the big blogosphere….what have you all been reading this week?
