September 22nd: this week’s top 5
This week I posted a record number of items to del.icio.us. There is just so much good original content and informative debate going on. It was hard to choose my favourites. But here they are in no particular order.
1. Steve Rubel has an interesting post about how Wikipedia articles on the top US advertisers are among the most highly ranked pages in Google searches. It just goes to show the influence that Wikipedia wields.
2. Media Orchard is running an interview with the editor of the US PR Week. It’s an interesting interview in its own right, but it makes my list because I really appreciate when bloggers generate original content like this.
3. Who ever said Amanda Chapel couldn’t be bought? Strumpette is up for sale. Is she worth $479,000? I’m not so sure.
4. David Bailey has an interesting view on how LinkedIn fits into ‘public relationships’. I’m also very curious to see how LinkedIn and the like will play a role in our profession.
5. Matthew Stibbe has done one of his famous lists: the seven types of bad writing. Required reading for every amateur.
Is it Friday all ready? Have a good weekend Strivers!
