		<description>I never knew that PR agenies were cr@p at pitching until I started reading PR blogs.  I had just thought that I must be pretty excellent at it, since my hit rate is pretty good. Knowing the bar is set so low, doesn&#039;t fill me with pride for my profession.</description>

Yes, I agree it is indeed very &quot;pitching 101&quot; but OMG, PR firms are for the most part clueless when it comes to applying those basic principles to pitching bloggers. I own a PR firm so I get to experience this issue from both sides.</description>
