How well do you know digital?
A recent Nielsen/NetRatings poll suggests the 21st Century consumer is at risk of being overwhelmed by new digital technology. With the current rate of technological change, and the associated acronyms, there is a lot of confusion among consumers, the survey revealed.
The study found that in the relentless quest for ‘the next big thing’ in new forms of digital communications, there is a significant tendency for industry to overestimated both the consumers’ knowledge and their understanding of digital technologies.
