Vendor customer relationships

Some people think the technology business is all abut profits, margins and cold hard cash.  And in some respects they are right. Others think the technology sector is all about shifting product or negotiating a beneficial SLA. These facts often hold true. But I think that IT is no different than any other industry; it’s all about relationships.
