Strive Notes

Last evening I arrived back after a weekend in Paris, my first visit there in about 10 years.  The city is much improved!  No dog dirt on the sidewalks; no beggars in the metro. It was sunny and 15 degrees the whole weekend. I had a lovely time.

And, now back to work!  This week’s Tech Talk focuses on the joined up government initiative (called JUPITER) in the Isle of Man.  The project connects 176 government offices by upgrading all loal area networks and telephone services.  Six thousand employees across 12 departments have migrated to the new system.
