Happy 50th BCS

Yes it’s true. The British Computer Society is 50 years old this year. And to celebrate the Isle of Man section is holding a good old knees up.
I know that many of our sessions are a bit too geeky to have much mainstream appeal, but our 28 February event is just a party. So don’t expect a deep discussion on computer forensics, virutalisation or any weighty matters. Just a few drinkies, a few nibbles and bit of cake are on offer to everyone who wishes to join us.
It starts at 5.30 at the Sefton in Douglas. If you’d like to join us, shoot us an email at publicity06@isleofman-bcs.org.
