New UK virtual PR agency
I noticed on the news page of this week’s UK PR Week is running a story headlined Ex-Infopress head pioneers virtual comms agency. Congratuations and good luck to David Watson, former CEO of Infopress on the launch of his new venture, Campaignteam.
As far as David being proclaimed a pioneer? Well so be it. But Strive Public Relations has been trading as a UK virtual PR agency for over a year and we now have more than a dozen clients on our books and are in talks with five more. So we’re living proof that the virtual model works.
David is quoted in the story as saying, “Being a virtual firm means we have lost a huge overhead; therefore our prices can be far more competitive.” Strive’s clients find this to be a very compelling offer, too.
Welcome to the virtual PR world, Campaignteam!

Hi Sherrilynne
Thanks for your good wishes. In fact of course I never claimed to be pioneering virtual firms - I’ve come acrosss quite a few, especially in the US. You are obviously doing very well with the model, so let me wish you every (continuing) success.
Regards
David Watson
Thanks David. Keep in touch.
