		<description>Agree mostly with what you say. I would just like to add to your point about learning and how much better it would be if professionals spent more time passing on their knowledge instead of criticising. 

When I was at school there were good teachers and bad teachers, and its the same in business. My advice would be to make sure you learn the good habits and knowledge from the good professionals, and be brave to challenge, there is a lot of dead wood out there!</description>
