In response to your podcast, I&#039;m actually not a professor at Ryerson. The paper was written as part of the PR program at Ryerson that I recently completed - as a continuing education student. 

As for AVEs, I wish I knew why clients ask for them. I imagine they want some form of measurement to try and correlate to their bottom line, and old habits die hard. The sooner we can abolish using AVE in PR at all, the better off the industry will be.
