Engage 2.0…the evolution

HugHow jargony does that sound? Well I heard it at Internet World so what do you expect? Digital marketing agency Imano was at the show to launch its new book Ecommerce 2.0, the evolution of ecommerce.

It’s an excellent, detailed explanation of how the interactive web is changing marketing and customer relationship strategies. I was particulary interested in what the book refers to as Engage 2.0, a customer centric way to build long-term relaionships by evolving the customer experience.
